Who can participate as a table holder?
Any collector or dealer in Olympic and sports pins, badges, memorabilia, coins, stamps and other philatelic products is invited to apply to become a table holder at the 2019 Boston Olympin Festival.
What are table sizes and cost?
Tables are 6′ long and arranged in rows. Because of space limitations, a MAXIMUM of 3 tables may be rented. The first table is $125, additional tables are $100 each.
May I share a table with another exhibitor?
Yes. Tables may be shared between dealers/collectors.
What kind of furnishings are included with the table?
All tables come with skirting, name sign and 2 chairs. If multiple tables are combined, the number of chairs will be increased on an as-needed basis. Free WiFi is provided.
How do I register for a table?
Carefully complete the REGISTRATION FORM. Registration is not complete until your payment is received. Payment may be made using PayPal or by US$ check. Please note that tables are assigned on a first-come basis. Deadline for reserving tables is 31 July 2019.
How and when do I pay for my table?
Payment is required upon completion of the REGISTRATION FORM. Payment is accepted only in US$ and may be made through PayPal or with a US$ check drawn on a US bank.
May I make a single payment for my table and events?
Yes, you may pay for your table(s) and banquet tickets at one time.
Is security provided?
Yes, there is 24-hour security in the Hilton Hotel International Ballroom.
